Back & Forth: Week of Oct. 2nd

Thank you for joining us at the Back & Forth Blog, where we do our best to keep you updated as to the happenings here at the Potter's House Christian Fellowship Church in Virginia Beach.

Looking Back

Saturday:

We purposed to help our sister church, also in Virginia Beach in the Great Neck region, pastored by Bryan McRae. To do this we headed to the Oceanfront to outreach to our community at the annual Neptune Festival. We had a tremendous time getting no less than 12,000 flyers out. But far and away greater than that, two souls were saved! You just never know what might happen when you: a) engage people personally, and, b) trust God.

Sunday:

Our weekly Sunday morning and evening services continue to grow as the Spirit of God continues to draw people to Himself. Our congregation is vibrant with expectation each time we gather, and God always delivers! One soul was saved this past Sunday as Pastor Adam preached on the marks of being born again in the morning service, and the importance of the church in the evening.

Looking Forward

Wednesday:

Join us for our weekly Wednesday "Recharge" services at 7:30 pm. Pastor Adam is ministering a series entitled "Pray, Think, Vote" on the duty of the Christian to stay engaged in our society and culture, which includes the political realm.

Saturday:

Barring any intrusion from Hurricane Matthew, we will be hosting Saturday Night Alive concert at 6:00pm. We will have a special musical guest, Juan Anthony from Jacksonville, NC.

Oct. 13th - 15th

Evening Revival services with Evangelist Dennis Wright at the Potter's House Great Neck location (Pastor Bryan McRae). Nightly services at 7:30pm.

We thank you again for joining us and hope to see you soon. God bless!
